Terms of Service

HyperNeo Review — invite beta. The short version: the service reviews your pull requests, you stay responsible for your code, and we never meter usage.

Last updated 2026-09-26. These are invite-beta terms, short on purpose. When the service leaves beta they are replaced with full terms, posted at this URL.

The service

HyperNeo Review is an AI code-review service. For the GitHub repositories you enroll, it reviews pull requests and posts findings as inline review comments (severity and confidence) plus a one-line verdict. You bring your own provider API keys (BYOK); inference for your reviews runs against the provider account you configure, on your key.

Reviews are advisory by default: they inform, they do not decide. The humans who merge remain responsible for every line of code and every merge decision.

What we ask of you

Plans and payment

There is no usage metering. Because inference runs on your keys, we bill per developer — not per review, not per token. During the soft open no card is required: design partners are invoiced manually and billing terms are agreed by email; card payments arrive with checkout.

You can stop any time — uninstall the GitHub App and delete your keys. Service ends with the current billing period; nothing renews silently.

Data

What we process and why is described in the Privacy notice, which is part of these terms.

Beta reality

The service is an invite beta, provided “as is” and “as available.” We work on it daily: features, engines, and harnesses may change while we harden it. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions, disputes, and cancellation emails: hello@hyperneo.dev.
